Fiberglass Grating is made from fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) with a resin matrix, also known as FRP grating.

Features: FRP grating is a lightweight, fire retardant, corrosion resistant and electrically non conductive material, widely used for chemical plants, wastewater treatment facilities, and offshore platforms.

FRP Grating Plate is an economic alternative to traditional steel or aluminum gratings.

Aluminum grating generally provides higher structural strength in areas with heavy loads, such as vehicular traffic zones or high-pressure machinery platforms. Fiberglass grating is often used on elevated platforms or in areas requiring easy handling and installation.

FRP grating and Aluminum Grating for Offshore Oil and Gas Platforms:

• FRP Grating is used in areas exposed to saltwater and harsh marine conditions, such as walkways, decks, and around drilling equipment.

Fibre Glass Grating Patterns:

Our fiberglass grating is available in a variety of molded patterns, pultrusions styles, resins, and colors to choose from. Molded fiberglass grating is manufactured by interweaving continuous glass filaments which are impregnated with a thermosetting resin. We supply fiber glass grating molded up to five grid patterns available in panel sizes 3 x 10 and 4 x 12 feet.

Pultrusion glass fiber grating is made by a continuous molded process in which glass roving and matting are pulled through a vinylester or polyester resin bath. We supply fiberglass grating pultruded in standard panels 4 x 4, 4 x 10, 4 x 12, 4 x 20, 3 x 10 and 3 x 20 in feet.

Layers of resin and fiberglass strands molded bar grating with excellent impact resistance provides better traction than metal bar grating and costs less. Narrow-Opening Fiberglass Bar Grating is used to prevent items from falling through and this grating make it easier for carts to roll across.
