Louvre Grating - Architectural Shading Screen, Ventilation Grilles, Shielding Screen, Facade Cladding and Fencing
Louvre grating is a type of metal grating designed with angled slats or blades to provide ventilation, light control, or screening while maintaining privacy and protection from the elements.
Application:
Louvre grating is mainly used for architectural and industrial applications.
Used in building facades, sunshades, and privacy screens;
Used in ventilation system,
HVAC systems, cooling towers, and ventilation panels;
Used in fencing for oil refineries, chemical plants and machinery enclosures;
Used in roofing and ceiling systems to provide airflow for ductwork and other infrastructure.
Material:
Louvre grating can be made from galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel and fiberglass (FRP).
Bar gratings for louvres can be welded grating or pressure locked. Pressure locked grating for louvre is constructed with transverse bars (louvers) pressed or lock into the bearing bars at an angle between 30 and 45.
Louvre grating has four different louver blade angles.
Varying degrees of shading and ventilating effects are achieved by angle changing of the cross bars pressed in 15°, 30° or 45°.
Louvre grating can be fixed or adjusted.
Bar grating panels and perforated panels fabricated in sizes are popularly used as louvers for shade screening and air flow.
